All tour operators must provide business documentation, liability insurance, and verified contact information when joining the platform. Reviews are monitored for the first year; bookings with low-rated operators are manually reviewed.

Payment Security

All payments are processed via PCI-DSS compliant payment providers. Your full card details are never stored on our servers. End-to-end encryption uses TLS 1.3.

Messaging & Privacy

Messages with operators and other travelers are fully deleted within 30 days of account closure. You can make your profile private at any time. Block and report functions are available with one click on every message.

Traveler Safety Tips

• Always confirm bookings via the official email.
• Share passport/ID details only through official channels.
• Save the operator's location and phone number in advance.
• Learn local emergency hotline numbers for the destination.
• Solo travelers: keep live location sharing on with a trusted person.
